It climbed eighteen places this week, the second-biggest riser on the chart.
Chart credential: riser, +18 to #31 on the Steam 250 weekly chart, scoring 7.41 from 78 reviews at 96% positive. Released 28 October 2026 by CubeQuad Games.
Key features
Two puzzles, one pair of hands
Every potion needs decanting — pour between bottles until each holds one pure colour — and then shelving, carried across the lab to the right place. Colour gets you to the correct wall; the sigil on the label picks the exact shelf.
Here is the mechanic that makes it work: you can only levitate a few bottles at a time. Pour greedily and you have nothing free to carry with. Carry too much and nothing free to pour into. Deciding what to hold is the actual game, and that is a genuinely original twist on a format most people have played on a phone.
A premise that explains the mess
Your grandfather’s auto-sorting spell backfired and every potion unravelled into raw essence. He chuckled, said it does that sometimes, and left for the Alchemists Gathering for a month.
Small thing, but it does real work: it tells you there is no rush, in the fiction, which is more convincing than a store page saying “relaxing”.
4,160 potions across 52 shelves
One gothic stone rotunda, two floors, arched windows and afternoon light. The number is stated precisely for the same reason the tidy-up games state theirs — a finishable mess is the appeal.
The honest read
No timers, no fail state, no rush. That also means no tension, and a sorting game with 4,160 items will become routine for some people well before the end.
At $5.09 with a free demo available, trying it costs nothing. Windows and macOS.
