USERJOY Technology is the developer and publisher of The Legend of Fancy Realm Remake, an official remake of a tactical RPG first released more than two decades ago, out on Steam on 9 September 2026.

The studio is doing something the Western indie scene rarely gets to watch: bringing a Taiwanese SRPG back with modern visuals and systems while keeping the original branching structure intact. Remakes of this kind normally stay inside their home market. Shipping with English interface support is what makes it visible at all to an audience that has never heard of the original.
