Kiwiforge is the developer and publisher of MEAT TRAIN, an open-world zombie survival game about operating a train that runs on meat. The game was co-developed with Timothy Vincent and charted at #26 on the Steam 250 weekly list in October 2026 with a 92% positive rating from 86 reviews.

The studio’s design approach in MEAT TRAIN swaps the genre’s usual survival framing for an employment one: the player is a worker with a daily quota, and breaking the rules rather than running out of health is what gets you hunted.
