SonderingEmily is the developer behind lily’s world XD, a fourth-wall-breaking psychological horror game set on a simulated 2004 laptop. The project is unusually personal for the genre: Steam’s store page confirms it uses real photographs of the developer and her friends as teenagers, and pairs them with vocal work from LilyPichu.

The game released on 17 September 2026 through publisher Kwalee and reached #7 on Steam 250’s 7-day chart at 98% positive from 452 reviews.
