Dub Together is a party game in which up to six players redub the same video clips into something new. Steam describes two modes: Parallel, where everyone dubs the same clip separately and the group votes on the best version, and Character, where each player voices one role and the group produces a single shared take. Every result can be saved out as a video.
Chart credential: Dub Together debuted at #19 on the Steam 250 seven-day chart for the week of 7 September 2026, with a 7.47 score from 78 reviews at 97% positive, after releasing on 1 September 2026.
Key features
A Pack Creator that turns your own videos into rounds
You drop in a clip, trim it, and the game detects the spoken parts and writes the matching text automatically. This is the feature that decides whether a game like this survives past its second night. Fixed clip libraries run dry, and a party game that runs dry gets uninstalled; moving authoring to the player means the content ceiling is whatever the group can find.
Per-line voice effects applied at record time
Chipmunk, Monster, Echo, Robot and Phone can be picked for each individual line, and the effect is baked into the recording so everyone hears the take exactly as performed. Choosing per line rather than per player is what makes the joke land — the comedy in redubbing comes from a single sudden switch mid-scene, which a per-session filter cannot produce.
A noise filter aimed at cheap microphones
A built-in filter strips background noise between sentences. Voice party games usually fail on the quietest link in the group, because one player with a bad headset makes every round unlistenable. Cleaning up between-line noise specifically targets the failure that ends sessions rather than chasing studio-grade audio nobody needs.
